BI Historical Preservation Commission to talk about grants

At the next meeting for the Bainbridge Island Historical Preservation Commission, commissioners will get an update on event planning for May Preservation Month.

Commissioners will also review the process for the 2012 Blakely Awards.

There will also be a discussion on grants, the medallion project, and signage, according to the agenda.

The commission will meet next week in the council conference room at city hall at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 5.
