Construction starts on Winslow Way
John Becerra Jr./Staff Photo
Construction on Winslow Way began Monday with the stripping of pavement on the north travel lane of the road between Ericksen and Madison avenues in preparation for the sewer installation. The west-bound lane and parking on the north side will be inaccessible, likely until mid-April, though sidewalks will remain open during much of the construction. East-bound traffic will be diverted to Madison Avenue and then Bjune Drive to where it intersects with Winslow way. Construction of the road between Ericksen and Madison is expected to be finished in late June or early July.
