Advocacy group Island Autism Moms is hosting a stand at Winslow Mall Saturday, April 4, to celebrate Autism Awareness Month.

Group members will be on hand from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to discuss Autism Spectrum Disorder and distribute t-shirts, bracelets, balloons and flowers.

Founded just over a year ago, Island Autism Moms has grown into an engaged network of parents that meets regularly and advocates in island schools.
