“Pretty unusual to see two pipe smokers together these days on Bainbridge island”, remarked Ted Davis (left).
“Oh that fragrance is wonderful! I had a grandfather who smoked a pipe. It sure brings back memories”, Bill Barry quotes a passerby.
On a bench with a view of the roundabout, Ted and Bill enjoy some car watching and pipe dreams. The peace is broken weekdays at 3 p.m. when the high school lets out.
