The Scholastic Summer Reading Road Trip will roll through Kitsap County for an awesome afternoon of reading fun Sunday, July 23, with fabulous authors, games, crafts and giveaways going on from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Kids Discovery Museum.

This event, cohosted by Liberty Bay Books and Eagle Harbor Book Company, is free and open to the public. Author signings and photo ops will abound.

Authors on hand will include Kazu Kibuishi (“Amulet”), Troy Cummings (“Notebook of Doom”) and Martha Brockenbrough (“The Game of Love and Death”).

KiDiMu is located at 301 Ravine Lane, in downtown Winslow.
