Prepping the pumpkins at Bainbridge Gardens | Photo gallery

Volunteers gathered at Bainbridge Gardens last week to begin carving the many, many gorgeous gourds to be displayed at this year’s Pumpkin Walk.

A fun, festive, free family-oriented tradition, the donated proceeds from the non-scary walk benefits the Bainbridge Island Boys & Girls Club.

The Review’s Luciano Marano swung by, camera in hand, to capture the art in action. His favorite shots are gathered here.
