Free organ concert at Port Madison church

Port Madison Lutheran Church will be celebrating the 20th anniversary of the installation of their custom pipe organ by Northwest organ builder Steven Cook with a special free concert at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 16 by returning musician Philip Manwell, of the University of Nevada.

Manwell will perform Bach’s “Orgelbuchlein.” The event will also include a pipe-making demonstration by Cook.

There will be a reception following the concert.

Donations for the artists will be accepted.
