Costa excels at Olympic College

Parker H. Costa has been named to the dean’s list at Olympic College for the 2016 fall quarter.

Costa, a Bainbridge Island resident, is working toward an associate of arts degree.

Olympic College students who achieve a 3.5 or better grade point average for the first quarter 2016 have been named to the dean’s list for their outstanding academic excellence.

Olympic College is a public two-year college that educates more than 13,000 students a year. Founded in 1946, the college has three campuses in Bremerton, Poulsbo and Shelton. In 2015, Olympic College was named as one of 10 finalists for the Aspen Prize for Community College Excellence, the nation’s preeminent recognition of high achievement and performance in America’s community colleges.
