Black Friday might be the biggest shopping day of the year, but it’s not the only time for deals.

From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 10 and Sunday, Dec. 11, the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art presents its “Winter Wonderland” museum store sale. Guests will receive 10 percent off museum store purchases, complimentary refreshments and the chance to meet window display artist Celeste Cooning.

Cooning is a visual artist, based in Seattle, who creates site-specific installations on public and private commission. She is known for capturing dramatic light, vivid color and dynamic shadows in her oversized creations.
