BIGS has guest speaker at this week’s meeting

The Bainbridge Island Genealogical Society meets at 10 a.m. Friday, April 21 at the LDS church (8677 Madison Ave.).

Guest speaker Karen Sipe from the Fiske Genealogical Library in Seattle will be speaking on “Petticoats and Dowries – Women.”

The meeting is free to members; a $5 donation is suggested for nonmembers.
