The seventh annual ARS POETICA returns through July 19.

Inspired by jury-selected poems written by West Sound poets, local artists have created interpretive works which are then displayed along with the poems at local galleries.

A poetry reading will be held as part of ARS POETICA at 7 p.m. Saturday, June 9 at the Poulsbohemian Coffeehouse (19003 Front St. NE). Poets will read their poems and artists will talk about their interpretive artworks as the free event, and the public is welcome.
