Why I am voting for Joe Deets | Letter to the editor

To the editor:

Joe Deets possesses what I feel is the correct balance of business and social skills required to provide oversight to decisions for all the Island’s residents and businesses.

Personally, I first met Joe and his wife Tammy around Community Energy Solutions and have been a proud participant in the City Hall Solar array project. These projects require a strong desire to create value for all parties, CES was key to the success and persistence toward that goal.

His financial background which has taken him around the world, is his compass. His social responsibility not only as a person in business, but on behalf of the environment — he truly walks his talk and wishes to leave a legacy of value to his daughter and the people of this region.

Please join me and many others in supporting a solid, practical and high personal ethics, Joe Deets.
