This week’s film is “Stars in My Crown.” The MGM drama from 1950 was directed by Jacques Turner and stars Joel McCrea and Ellen Drew.
The movie is unrated and runs 89 minutes.
Bainbridge Arts & Crafts hosts “1948,” a benefit gala to celebrate the gallery’s founding year, at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1 at Grace Episcopal Church.
“What Do You Know: Learning with Community Experts” returns to the Bainbridge Public Library at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 28.
