Spring Concert is tonight for Bainbridge Island Youth Orchestra

The Bainbridge Island Youth Orchestra will present its Spring Concert at 7 p.m. Sunday, May 4 at Island Church.

The concert is a free community event, and the public is invited.

Just prior to the concert, both the Senior Orchestra and Sinfonietta will be recording their world premiere works by Alan Lee Silva with the assistance of professional recording engineers, Jack Straw Productions.

Advance copies of the recordings will be available for purchase to be shipped later in May.

Guest seating for the concert opens at 6:45 p.m.

Island Church is at 9624 Sportsman Club Road.
