Peter Spencer & the All-Stars will play a Special Second Friday Concert from 6 to 8 p.m. April 11 at The Winslow, 400 Winslow Way E.

It will be a blues/R&B-driven evening with Spencer's trademark growl and inimitable fingerpicking guitar style, accompanied by a new group, the All-Stars with Jonah David on drums and Steve Newton on electric bass.

Spencer has been called a "guitar wizard" by Seattle's Victory Music News and "a gifted lyricist with a sharp eye" by the New Jersey Star-Ledger. He tours regularly in the Northeast and throughout the Pacific Northwest and teaches guitar and voice at the Dusty Strings Music School in Seattle and the Island Music Center.

He has just released "Is That the Sun or the Moon?", a 20-minute video shot in a Poulsbo studio featuring Newton and David.  It is available for free viewing on the videos page at peterspencer.com.

The all-ages show is free.
