Field's End First Speaker Series presents Johnny Bregar with "Exploring the Craft of Songwriting" on Tuesday, March 18 at the Bainbridge Public Library.

Want to learn about the inner secrets of writing great songs? Bregar, a critically acclaimed musician, will talk about what it takes to craft a hit. Bring an instrument to "Jam with Johnny."

Bregar is a Bainbridge Island legend and a seasoned singer-songwriter with many recording credits. Since 2004, he has focused on family friendly music, which has netted him an NPR review.

The free session is 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the community room at the library.

Young musicians (with an adult) are welcome.
