The Island Gallery presents “Western Landscapes” at the Winslow gallery through April 27.

An opening reception is from 6 to 8 p.m. during the First Friday Art Walk, Friday, March 7.

Presenting the works of local and regional artists depicting views of the changing seasons and moods of the Plains, the Palouse of Eastern Washington, the Pacific Northwest and color-drenched central California, the show features art from Mark Bowles, William Thompson, Jen Till, Theodore Waddell and Irene Yesley. Their styles span from representational to minimalist and abstract in mediums of oil, acrylics, and fine art photography.

The Island Gallery is at 400 Winslow Way E., Suite 120.
