First Sundays Concerts presents bassist Jonathan Green and Friends at 4 p.m. Sunday, March 3 at the Waterfront Park Community Center.

Green, who plays double bass with the Seattle Symphony, will lead a program that includes a wide range of musical styles, including classical works for acoustic and electric bass by Vivaldi, Berio and Bach; an arrangement of Till Eulenspigel’s Merry Pranks by Richard Strauss; and folk and “cross over” music.

Guests on the program include fellow members of the Seattle Symphony (Elisa Barson, Chris Sereque, Paul Rafanelli, and Jon Karshney) as well as musical friends from Bainbridge Island (Mike Derzon, Jonny Bregar, Gwen Franz, Darden Burns and Jeff Hollingsworth).
