Author Nisi Shawl speaks at next Field’s End roundtable

Author Nisi Shawl presents “Your Diverse Futures: Writing Inclusive Science Fiction” at the Field’s End Writers’ Monthly Roundtable at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19 the Bainbridge Public Library.
Using examples from her own and others’ work, Shawl will talk about how representing the world’s diversity in imaginative fiction makes flights of fancy more believable as well as more accessible to a wider audience.
The free evening includes a question-and-answer period and closes with an opportunity to network with other writers. No registration is required.
