Jazz pianists plays at benefit concert

November 18, 2012 · 9:48 AM

Island jazz pianist Anne Pell will perform with special guests the Fabulous Fenderskirts at Grace Episcopal Church at 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 18 to benefit Pell’s favorite Island nonprofit, Helpline House.

Pell will also be joined by guitarist Brian Chambers, bassist Ted Enderle and drummer Rick Blumenthal.

Now in its fourth year, the For Our Children concerts raise money for Helpline’s Children’s Enrichment Fund, which provides resources for arts and music education in the community.

The suggested donation is $15 and tickets are available at the door.
