Author Timothy Egan visits Eagle Harbor Books

Eagle Harbor Books presents “Short Nights of the Shadow Catcher: The Epic Life and Immortal Photographs of Edward Curtis” with Timothy Egan at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 1.

“Short Nights of the Shadow Catcher” tells the story of how a lone man’s epic obsession led to one of America’s greatest cultural treasures.

Pulitzer Prize-winning writer Timothy Egan tells the riveting, cinematic story behind the most famous photographs in Native American history and the driven, brilliant man who made them.

Eagle Harbor Books is located at 157 Winslow Way East.
