The Northwest Puppet Theater returns to Bloedel Reserve for their annual performance at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4.

This year, the theater will present a rollicking version of “Cinderella,” based on the traditional story, but taking it one step further to show what happens after the prince finds the rightful owner of the glass slipper.

The performance features beautiful, huge hand-carved marionettes, gorgeous costumes and lots of funny hijinks.

Tickets are $20 for adults, $7 for children (includes admission to the reserve).
