Chicken talk at the library today

“Eat Your Backyard” Week gives tips on raising chickens at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 21 at the Bainbridge Public Library.

Diane Fish from the WSU Extension Small Farms Team will discuss how to raise chickens in your backyard. If you’re planning on viewing the island’s most fabulous chicken coops on the Tour de Coop (www.facebook.com), this egg-celent program is the perfect way to get cracking.
