'Eat Your Backyard' starts with a buzz

“Eat Your Backyard” Week kicks off with beekeeping at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 18 at the Bainbridge Public Library.

Have you worried that it’s too difficult or dangerous to keep bees? Charles Schafer, a backyard beekeeper who often brings a demonstration hive to the Bainbridge Farmers Market, will show that's not the case in this honey of a presentation.
