Author debuts 'Dog Days' at Eagle Harbor Book Company

Bainbridge Island author Elsa Watson debuts her novel “Dog Days” at 3 p.m. Sunday, June 3 at Eagle Harbor Book Company. There will also be a dog costume contest.

The novel is about struggling café owner Jessica Sheldon with a reputation as the “number one dog hater” in her dog crazy Northwestern town. When Jessica switches bodies with Zoe, stray white German shepherd, the two will need to learn from each other to set things right, and possibly find acceptance and love in the bargain.
