The Fields End Roundtable features “Sharpen Your Pencils for National Novel Writing Month” with speaker Tamara Sellman from 7-8:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Bainbridge Library.

Pacific Northwest native Sellman operates Writer’s Rainbow Literary Services, where she assists writers in completing works in progress and developing stronger writing practices. She specializes in services for writing parents, bloggers and writers of speculative fiction.

Sellman has twice completed the National Novel Writing Month challenge herself–in 2006, with her mid-grade fantasy chapter book, Fiddlehead’s Odyssey, and again, in 2008, with The In-Between, the first title in her paranormal mystery series-in-progress, The Lost & Found. She has also received two Pushcart Prize nominations for works of poetry and short fiction.

An informal social time follows the presentation. For more information, visit www.fieldsend.org.
