Island Theatre at the Library presents 'Circle Mirror Transformation'

Island Theatre at the Library presents “Circle Mirror Transformation” at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, June 21 and Sunday, June 22 at the Bainbridge Public Library.

In this delightful 2010 comedy by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Annie Baker, an unlikely collection of strangers in an artsy small town sign up for Marty’s “Adult Creative Drama” class. Unfolding like a charmingly funny indie film, the group plays Marty’s imaginative (and sometimes awkward) theatre games. As their relationships develop over the course of the summer, the seemingly silly theatre games generate some real-life drama.

The show will be directed by Rozzella Kolbegger. Admission is free, with donations welcome.
