PTA to screen 'Standardized' documentary

Friends and Families United to Support Education, the Bainbridge Island community PTA, will present the movie “Standardized — Lies, Money and Civil Rights: How Testing is Ruining Public Education” in a special showing at the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art auditorium.

“Standardized” is a thought-provoking, 74-minute documentary guaranteed to get everyone talking about the role of standardized testing in public education.

The movie will be screened at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 29.
