4-H Club holds informational meeting

The Bainbridge Island 4-H club will hold an informational and open fall enrollment from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 21.

The club offers students hands-on learning, with opportunities ranging from traditional farming and raising animals to gardening and cooking. In recent years, 4-H has also extended their program to include more contemporary activities such as archery, robotics and wind power. The club works to blend and enhance family life by shifting responsibilities to the child.

The informational and fall enrollment will be held at the Grange Hall on North Madison Avenue. For more information, contact sgleason815@gmail.com or lizpowell165@comcast.net.
