Student art contest kicks off Sunday morning

The 13th annual Student Art Contest will be held from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, March 3 at the Pavilion (403 Madison Ave. NE).

Entries must be registered from 9:30 to noon, and the award ceremony is at 5 p.m.

Entries are based on the child’s grade, plus an open “RecycleArt” category. Kids can enter up to three pieces in their grade category, plus up to three pieces in RecycleArt. There is a $4 entry fee per entry online, or $5 per entry the day of the contest. Complete rules can be found at www.biparks.org.
