Harvest comes in to the farmers market

The sunny, late summer weather is producing record yields, and the Bainbridge Island Farmers Market is still in full swing 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13 with fresh albacore tuna, sweet corn, carrots, melons, tomatoes, zucchini, squash, garlic, potatoes, beets, radishes, spinach, salad mixes, arugula, leeks and more.

Crafts include wooden bowls, glass art, pottery, watercolor and clothing. There will also be free live music this weekend.
