Bainbridge Island Garden Club welcomes guest speaker

The Bainbridge Island Garden Club will hold its next monthly meeting at 9:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 8 at First Baptist Church (Highway 305 and Madison Avenue).

The presenter will be John Barutt, a master composter/soil builder and research biologist, who will discuss harnessing biological complexity with simple techniques to create vibrant compost from garden surplus. All are welcome.
