Bainbridge support group welcomes former VIP president as guest speaker

Bainbridge Island Visually Impaired Persons Support Group will meet at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12 at the Bainbridge Public Library.

Mary Lewis, former VIP president and member, will talk about living as a VIP in Seattle, and share travel tips from her recent sixth cruise with Garrison Keillor, from Amsterdam to Barcelona.

As a board member of Sight Connections, Lewis will also share what is new there and how people can support the upcoming yearly walk-a-thon.
