The first crew of 2012 Island Ambassadors met the crowd at Bainbridge Island Farmers Market with friendly smiles and plenty of information for visitors.

The Island Ambassador program is a collaborative effort between the Bainbridge Island Downtown Association and the Bainbridge Island Chamber of Commerce to help visitors and locals enjoy a great experience in downtown Winslow. The high school volunteers are stationed in teams downtown every Saturday and during busy holiday weekends June through mid-September.
