The Best Western Bainbridge Island Suites recently was named “Best of the Best” in quality and customer care at Best Western International’s annual North American Convention attended by more than 2,000 industry peers in Phoenix.

Linda Thurrott, general manager of the Bainbridge hotel, received the award.

It is given annually to properties that receive two consecutive top-quality assurance assessment scores within a 12-month period. The hotels must also meet design and customer care standards to qualify.

The Bainbridge Island Suites, located at 350 NE High School Road, is one of 47 hotels out of more than 2,400 properties in the U.S. and Canada to receive the designation. The 51-room hotel also features a fitness and business center.
